Unbeknownst to Robert, we are off to Harrisonburg, VA for the Labor Day weekend to celebrate his upcoming birthday (September 16th). He knows we are going somewhere, just not where. I made reservations for us to stay at the Joshua Wilton House (JWH), a bed and breakfast and fine dining restaurant. I have heard wonderful things (mainly from Eric since he worked there) about not only the rooms and house itself, but the food that they serve for the complimentary breakfast as well as their award-winning restaurant. So far, the weather forecast is perfect! I have a list of places to visit, but no set itinerary. I want this trip to be similar to our honeymoon in that we aren't on any particular schedule. The only thing set is our dinner reservation for the JWH restaurant. I am hoping it is cooler in the evenings so we can relax out on the front porch.
